Responsibilities: Under broad supervision, manage Fixed Income / Sukuk Portfolios, Research and Recommend various Investment Strategies for the Banks Investment Portfolio. Work in a Team environment with other Structured Finance Transactors. Develop and maintain the Bank’s annual Sukuk Investment Thesis Manage and grow the Bank’s Sukuk Portfolio in conjunction with Treasury and Finance Groups. Develop Profit Rate Swap Strategies for managing Fixed Income Portfolio duration. Obtain Shariah Approval on each new Sukuk Issuers. Reporting to the Head of Investment banking, you will participate, as part of the Financial Advisory Team, in Sourcing and Execution of Financial Advisory mandates (including M&A’s, Debt and Equity Financing, Real Estate and Strategic Advisory etc.) Role: • Oversee the preparation of comprehensive Financial Models, applying common and generally accepted Valuation methods (DCF, multiples, LBO, etc.) and calculation of key ratios (ROCE, ROE, Equity to Assets, Debt to Equity, ROI) to support Marketing and Transaction Execution processes • Independently manage day-to-day Transaction Execution (including team of Associates and Analysts) and third-party Advisors • Provide Marketing / Business Development support
